Can you convert a DSC home security system to self monitoring?
The system is insensitive wired, not wireless. Could this be converted with a PLC, and/or computer.
It depends on the pattern of curb panel that you have. Most protection panels are designed to wavelength via a dial-up correlation to a key site daunt receiver. They hand on using one of several unusual politesse that are consonant to the panic energy. Some newer startle panels also have a serial haven or Ethernet haven, but these are rare.
It would as likely as not be quicker and cheaper legitimate to substitute for the startle panel with some input/production boards that were PC compatible. There are many sources of these on the Internet.
